Chennai is the cleanest city in India!!!!!

Oh my God! That's what came to my mind, when I read this report.
And the next surprise is Bangalore is the second cleanest city in India!!
I *C A N N O T* believe it!
Chennai with it's huge 'open-air sewage system' called Coovum and Bangalore with its clogged sewage lines (Have you been to Bangalore when it rains?), are the 'cleanest cities in India'.

If I were to believe this report, I pity the rest of the cities in India!
